I live on the 46th floor of a glass skyscraper overlooking Central Park. If you suffer from vertigo, I will not invite you for a coffee!
Central Park is a beautiful patch of green that stretches in downtown Manhattan. When I write sometimes I think I speak with my kids, who think they know everything, but do not really know much…

What is Manhattan? Is an island, is the lifeblood of New York.
Manhattan is located at the mouth of the Hudson River and is the most populated of the five boroughs of New York.
So many roads that intersect at right angles divide New York, the Avenue, which by convention goes from north to south. The central and most famous is the Fifth Avenue. The cross roads are named Streets, by convention in Manhattan, are running from east to west. I live at the 57 Street, in the middle!
The northern part is Harlem and the further south the Village or SoHo or TriBeCa. Normally called “downtown”.

Io per un caffe farei anche cose peggiori.. Poi per un caffe a casa tua allora penso non ci siano proprio confini a quello che potrei fare. “my earth only borders lie around my heart…”

E per ovvie ragioni sarai il primo a saperlo allora! Averti come compagno di viaggio e conoscere così indirettamente una parte di tutto quello che sai tu, dev’essere qualcosa che nemmeno l’immaginazioni può arrivare a tanto!
Ritornando al discorso di Domenica, questo appartamento è davvero stupendo… Dal terazzo che penso offra una visuale sulla città come poche altre, all’interno con tutte quelle vetrate e l’immancabile sedia zebrata che adoro altre ogni dire!
Pensa solo un attimo a quanto sia grande il nostro stupore che sei tu ad averci fatto il dono di poter occupare un capitolo della tua immensa avventura… E’ una cosa bellissima avere la possibilità d’avere un contatto diretto con te ogni giorno. Te lo ripeto, questo è la realizzazione del mio sogno più grande; che ho aspettato ed aspettato affinché potesse diventare realtà (non sapendo ovviamente né come né quando) ma con la certezza (folle) nel mio cuore che prima o poi lo sarebbe diventato. Come hai detto bene tu… Il momento arriverà, devi solo averne la certezza e cavolo hai visto quanto hai avuto ragione?

Wauw, you live in a nice apartment and what a VIEW!! Altough I’ve never been in NY, living there has been a dream of mine sice I was a little girl. I’m not sure what about the city attracts me, but it’s a feeling I can’t describe. I really hope I can save money and go there for a few weeks after I graduate in two years, so till then i can’t invite you with me. But if you are ever in Amsterdam I will be honouredto show you around the city!

Sono appena rientrato a casa dopo la disastrosa partita della Viola contro il Bologna…seconda sconfitta consecutiva…!
Avevo le “scatole” che giravano come il tassametro di un Taxi, ma poi mi sono collegato al tuo Blog, ho letto il tuo Articolo e ho visto le tue foto…e il giramento è sparito (quasi!!!!)

It’s definitely pretty from 46th floor! You should consider Midtown to live, I live in Chelsea, it’s great! I have an eye for a place in Greenwich Village, such a beautiful place!
